Founded in 2015 by designer LAOGUI, also known as Old Ghost, the studio redesigns Chinese culture with attitude. From the iconic Fa Cai Bag to dumpling clutches, sword belts, guqin bags, fan minaudieres, bow-and-arrow bags, axe bags, drifting bags, and steamer bags, LAOGUI turns familiar cultural symbols into fashion objects that blend identity, humor, luck, and heritage for a new generation.

The studio positions itself inside the Guochao / China Chic movement, bringing Chinese symbols into a streetwear language that feels wearable, memeable, and globally legible.
